This sound bath incorporates instruments such as crystal quartz bowls, chimes, bells, rainstick, chakapa, and the original sound instrument - voice.
During this session, you can expect:
- A meditation to relax your mind, body, heart, and spirit and set the stage for deep relaxation
- An immersive sound bath that ends with savasana
