In this hour and a half class, we will drop into our breath and bodies through an all-levels yin yoga practice and close the space with a crystal bowl sound bath. One of the many benefits of yin includes reaching the deeper places within us, the fascia, that we don’t normally get to. After going deep, the singing bowls will offer a light and peaceful space to integrate our practice.
